Refund Policy

REFUNDS FOR High School REGISTRATIONS: $140 fee

  • Refund requests before 1st session of the season will be granted as follows::
    • Full refund less $17 MYSA fee - $123
  • Absolutely NO REFUND REQUESTS will be granted after the 1st session of the season

 

REFUNDS FOR 3RD GRADE THROUGH 8TH GRADE REGISTRATIONS: $220 fee

  • Refund requests before July 15 (fall) or January 15 (spring) will be granted as follows:
    • Full refund less $17  MYSA fee - $203
  • Refund requests between July 16 and August 15 (fall)  or January 16 and February 15 (spring) will be granted as follows:
    • 50% refund - $110
  • Absolutely NO REFUND REQUESTS will be granted after August 16 (fall) or Feb 16 (spring).

REFUNDS FOR 1ST & 2ND GRADE REGISTRATIONS: $210 fee

  • Refund requests before 1st session of the season will be granted as follows:
    • Full refund less $17  MYSA fee - $193
  • Absolutely NO REFUND REQUESTS will be granted after the 1st session of the season.

REFUNDS FOR KINDERKICKS REGISTRATIONS: $200 fee

  • Refund requests before 1st session of the season will be granted as follows:
    • Full refund less $17 MYSA fee - $183
  • Absolutely NO REFUND REQUESTS will be granted after the 1st session of the season.

REFUNDS FOR Pre-K REGISTRATIONS: $110 fee

  • Refund requests before 1st session of the season will be granted as follows:
    • Full refund less $17 MYSA fee - $93
  • Absolutely NO REFUND REQUESTS will be granted after the 1st session of the season

 

 GENERAL RULES APPLICABLE TO ANY REFUND REQUEST:

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the credit card used to pay the registration fee.  
  • The WSC reserves the right to modify this refund policy for withdrawals due to adherence to the Club’s Practice Policy or for other extenuating circumstances.
