IMPORTANT: all grade references here and online refer to the player’s grade IN FALL 2010.

• The registration deadline for 3rd through 8th Grade is June 26, 2010 

• Registration for Kinderkicks and 1^st & 2^nd grade is ongoing, but registration now will help us plan for the fall

• Late registrations (after June 26^th) will be charged an additional $25.00 late fee (does not apply to Kindergarten or 1^st & 2^nd graders) and your child may be placed on a wait list. 

• Any new 3^rd – 8^th grade WSC player must provide us with a photocopy of their birth certificate. Once one is on file we won’t ask for it again. This is a BAYS requirement!   Mail it to the Weston Soccer Club, PO Box 75, Weston, MA 02493 

• Uniforms (4^th – 8^th grade) should be ordered through ADMINSPORTS during the registration process.  Check the link on our website for details and sizing information.  All OTHER SOCCER GEAR (e.g. hats, sweatshirts, etc.) can be ordered through Thunder Sports.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO SET PRACTICE TIMES/DAYS FOR BOYS AND GIRLS.  ALL PRACTICES WILL BE COMMUNICATED TO THE TEAM BY THE COACH IN LATE AUGUST  With more and more kids playing multiple sports and the increasing popularity of both lacrosse and softball, the practice schedule for an individual soccer team will vary according to field, player and coach availability.
 

Family Discount Policy

If you have 3 or more players in the WSC program at the same time, you get a $10 discount per player per season. The online registration system calculates this discount automatically. 

Refund Policy

• Before July 15, 2010:  95% of registration fee less non-refundable $11 MYSA fee

• Between July 15, 2010 & August 15, 2010:  50% of registration fee

• After August 15, 2010:  No refunds

• In keeping with the WSC’s newly instituted Player Practice Policy, the WSC may make exceptions to the refund policy if a player withdraws from the program due to a previously unforeseen conflict with another activity. Click Here for a complete copy of the WSC Refund Policy.
